The cancellation terms, notice period, deposit rules, and any fees shown during your Fresha booking apply to that appointment. Please review them carefully before confirming.
Changing or cancelling
Use your Fresha booking confirmation to manage an appointment where available. If you need help, call 07761 961884 or email Dollsloungeaestheticbeauty@gmail.com as early as possible.
Late arrival and missed appointments
Late arrival may reduce the available appointment time or require rescheduling. Missed appointments may be subject to the terms accepted when booking.
Treatment refunds
Completed services are generally not returnable. If you have a concern about a service, contact Dolls Lounge promptly so it can be reviewed fairly. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Products and training
Any product return or training cancellation will be assessed according to the purchase terms, the nature of the item or service, and applicable consumer law. Contact Dolls Lounge before returning an item or cancelling a course place.
